Two men to face court over infamous “Pam the Bird” graffiti

A 21-year-old man suspected to be behind the “Pam the Bird” graffiti seen across Victoria was arrested on January 30 and now faces more than 50 charges, including criminal damage, burglary, shop theft, and motor vehicle theft.
