Early one recent overcast and rainy Saturday morning guerilla street artist Kranky (CBD News, November 2015), installed what could be his last CBD installation in this form, City Cleaners Form New Tactical Response Unit.

With just a nod to Banksy, the piece takes the form of 12 rats parachuting into Preserve Place. Quite a “swan song” or should that be “rat song”?
