Two hotels are set to join forces in revitalising the Walk Arcade in Bourke St Mall as part of the building’s $200 million redevelopment. 

Intercontinental Hotels Group has announced it would bring Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn in the Walk Arcade on Bourke St as a dual-branded hotel.

The hotel operator has achieved a long-term agreement with the property owner to occupy the Bourke St Mall building that connects Bourke St to Little Collins St.

Due for completion in 2022, the hotel project includes 272 rooms for the Holiday Inn on the Bourke St side and 181 rooms for Hotel Indigo on the Little Collins St side.
