NAB is on the move

The National Australia Bank (NAB) has chosen the $800 million office project at 405 Bourke St as its new office. 

This is one of the largest single-tenancy moves in Melbourne, with 29 levels and a total of 66,000sqm of office space taken by NAB.

Constructions will soon start on this project, developed by Brookfield Property Partners, which is expected to finish by 2020.

NAB will vacate its current offices at 500 Bourke St when the lease expires in 2020.
