Porsche & Coffee Festival returns to South Melbourne

More than 220 Porsche cars will be on display on March 9 as the annual South Melbourne Porsche & Coffee Festival returns to Clarendon St for its third year.
This free community event marks the start of the Formula 1 Louis Vutton Australian Grand Prix 2025 week, promising a morning of excitement, elegance, and community spirit.
Led by not-for-profit business association Experience South Melbourne and supported by the City of Port Phillip’s Cultural Development Fund, the event is a celebration of community, craftsmanship, and coffee.
Porsche owners and enthusiasts from across Victoria will come together to share their passion for these legendary vehicles, all set against the vibrant backdrop of South Melbourne with Clarendon St closed to trams for the festival’s duration..
Clarendon & Coventry Streets Business Association president Anne Michaels said the event brought people together to celebrate all things Porsche right in the heart of South Melbourne.
“With the South Melbourne Town Hall hosting the cocktail launch event for the very first two Porsches brought into Australia over 70 years ago, this is the perfect location to kick off Grand Prix week,” Ms Michaels said.
Guests can enjoy a hot cup of coffee and light snacks from local traders, including South Melbourne Bakery, Dessertopia, Huff Bagelry and Park Lane Cafe, while engaging in lively discussions with fellow Porsche fans.
The event is sponsored by luxury car dealer Sullivan Kerr and supported by Porsche Centre Melbourne and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, which showcases its iconic Formula 1 display car.
Whether you’re a seasoned Porsche enthusiast or simply a fan of iconic vehicles, don’t miss this extraordinary morning in South Melbourne.
