Real estate showroom
CBRE has opened a real estate showroom in Chinatown.
The store was officially opened on June 28, following a short speech by Melbourne Lord Mayor Robert Doyle.
CBRE says it has sold more than $12 billion in property to Chinese investors and developers since 2009.
CBREs national director, Mark Wizel, said: “The launch of our Asian Services team in 2008, and now the opening of a dedicated Chinatown showroom, will enable us to continue our market-leading specialisation in this growing sector of the market.”
