Murmur cocktail bar in Warburton Lane has applied to change its permit to allow for amplified piano music at the venue.
Located above Portello Rosso restaurant, the bar has applied for planning permission for music between 7pm and 11pm from Tuesday to Thursday and 7pm to 12.30am on Friday and Saturday.
An acoustic report by Renzo Tonin and Associates attached to the application says the piano should be “in excess of two metres from an external window” so as to minimise noise.
